How to Add a New Amendment

  1. Go to the Orders Tab.

  2. Select the Eligible Order.

  3. Select Amendments.

  4. Select Add a New Amendment.

  5. Enter Amendment Description. A description is required.

  6. Upload applicable documents. Additional Documentation is optional.

  7. Alter Deadlines. Extend the Inquiry or Submission deadline.

  8. Change POCs. Use the Change Point of Contact button. You may choose yourself by clicking SELF or selecting INVITE if you would like to assign someone else who is already a registered user. 

  9. Review before you Submit for Approval.

The Back button will Save your progress. 

How to View an Amendment

View the history and status of your amendment(s) in the Amendments tab. Amendment Screen

  • The following can be an amendment status:

  • Created: The amendment has not been submitted for approval yet.

  • Released: Amendment was approved by the Ordering Contracting Officer and is viewable in the Contract Holder’s Symphony account.

  • Rejected: The amendment was rejected by the Ordering Contracting Officer.

View Details ButtonIf the status states Created, select View Details to review the Amendment and Submit it for Approval.
