Updating OASIS Orders with Amendments

Users can modify a released task order in Symphony for OASIS by following these instructions to create an amendmentThe required URL for OASIS ordering activities is https://oasis.app.cloud.gov/

Adding an Amendment

  1. Find the Orders Tab on the Dashboard (see Figure 1).
      
  2. Select the Eligible Order link (see Figure 1).
      
  3. Select the Amendments tab on the left menu (see Figure 2).
      
  4. Select the Add a New Amendment button.
      
  5. Enter an Amendment Description. A description is required and should not exceed 2500 characters.
      
  6. Upload applicable documents. Additional Documentation is optional.
      
  7. Alter Deadlines. Users can only extend the Inquiry or Submission deadline.
      
  8. Change POCs. Use the Change Point of Contact button. Users may choose themselves by clicking SELF or select INVITE to assign someone else who is already a Symphony for ASTRO user. 
      
  9. Review and Submit for Release. The Back button will Save the progress (see Figure 3)

The following can be an amendment status:

  • Created

    The amendment has not been submitted for approval yet. 

    1. Select View Details to review the Amendment.
    2. Submit it for Approval or release.
    Released
    Amendment was approved by the Ordering Contracting Officer and is viewable in the Contract Holder’s Symphony account.
    Rejected
    The amendment was rejected by the releasing official.
