You may review the following Step by Step Instructions to successfully create amendments in Symphony for ASTRO. The required URL for ASTRO ordering activities is: https://astro.app.cloud.gov/. You can modify a released task order by submitting an amendment. An amendment can have new documents, POC(s), or new deadlines.
You cannot amend the following task orders:
How to Add a New Amendment
Go to the Orders Tab.
Select the Eligible Order.
Select Add a New Amendment.
Enter Amendment Description. A description is required.
Upload applicable documents. Additional Documentation is optional.
Alter Deadlines. Extend the Inquiry or Submission deadline.
Change POCs. Use the Change Point of Contact button. You may choose yourself by clicking SELF or select INVITE if you would like to assign someone else who is already a registered user.
- Review before you Submit for Release.
The Back button will Save your progress.
How to View an Amendment
View the history and status of your amendment(s) in the Amendments tab.
The following can be an amendment status:
Created: Amendment has not been submitted for approval yet.
Released: Amendment was approved by the Ordering Contracting Officer and is viewable in the Contract Holder’s Symphony account.
Rejected: Amendment was rejected by the Ordering Contracting Officer.
If the status states Created, select View Details to review the Amendment and Submit for Approval.
