After signing in, a role-specific dashboard displays, along with access to the My Company link (see Figure 1).
- The Solicitations tab includes solicitation details, the Question and Answer (Q&A) deadline, and the solicitation deadline (when available).
- During the Ask Questions period, users can ask questions, view responses, and go to the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) link when enabled. (See Asking Questions and Viewing Program Office Responses).

Managing the Company Profile
On the My Company screen, a navigation menu on the left side provides access to several tabs for building the company asset library when available (see Figure 2). Their functionality may be disabled for contract holders.
The Company Overview displays a summary of assets; such as Team Members, MRCLs (Meaningful Relationship Commitment Letters), Projects/Past Performance, and Business Factors. (See Managing References in My Company).

Responding to Solicitations
- Use the Begin (or Continue) Submission button on the Dashboard to assemble and submit an Open Market proposal. (See Assembling a Proposal)
- Assets from the My Company asset library are accessible for use in proposals. Select which information is to be included in the proposal.
- If a company offers multiple proposals, that information is added separately to each one. Different information can be used for each pool/domain to tailor the proposal to specific requirements.
- Once a proposal submission begins, it cannot be reset. A proposal is considered a draft until submission.
- Upload Submission Documents and review the Live Score for accuracy and any error messages that may need to be addressed.
- Use the Review tab to see a summary of the proposal before certifying and submitting. (See Submitting an Open Market Proposal)
- After submission, the solicitation card displays the time, date, and additional details. Assets are locked upon submission. (See Navigating Open Market Solicitations).
- Submissions can be retracted for edits up until the deadline. (See Retracting a Submission).
