Contract Vehicle Links

Symphony includes the following contract vehicles:

OASIS PLUS

ALLIANT 3

OASIS

DHA

ASTRO

POLARIS

Omnibus, HEC, and MQS-NG

(Legacy) MQS

To sign into Symphony after accepting the "For Official Use Only" (FOUO) message, complete these steps:

1. Enter User Credentials

Enter an email address and password at the correct contract vehicle website after account activation (See Figure 1).

See Inactive Accounts for the login approval process.

Passwords must include:
A minimum of eight characters

At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character

If the authentication fails when a password is entered:

Confirm the contract vehicle website is correct.
Use the Forgot Password link to troubleshoot the registered account issue.

2. Enter a Multi-Factor Authentication Code (MFA)

Retrieve the corresponding code and press Authenticate (See Figure 2) to sign in to Symphony.

See the MFA section of Frequently Asked Questions if issues are encountered.

User MFA code(s) cannot be emailed.

The MFA selections can include:

Text Message
Browser Extension
Authenticator application on a smartphone
Other time-based mechanism the user selects
