Each Symphony account will generate a unique code. For users with multiple Symphony accounts, it is advised to rename the codes for easier identification.
Scanning a QR Code After Registration
Users who are signed in can use the Profile Icon to scan the QR code in the Credentials screen.
- If sign-in is not possible, Contact us for a QR code (see Figure 2).
A QR code requires an Authenticator App from iTunes or Google Play on a mobile phone.
Once the app is installed, follow these steps:

Users with multiple Symphony accounts should rename the codes in the app to reflect the use of the One-Time Passcode (OTP). Each Symphony website requires a unique code for access.
