MFA by Text Message

To receive text messages from Symphony, follow these steps when you register. 

  1. Select the SMS option at the MFA set-up step
  2. Enter your wireless carrier
  3. Enter your wireless phone number
  4. Enter the six-digit code received via text
  5. Click Authenticate.  



If a text message takes more than 5 minutes to arrive during login, it will expire (See Figure 1). Request the code again by starting over. 

Sometimes disabling wi-fi helps speed up the delivery of the code.

How to Make Changes to Your Text Messages

Submit a Ticket to change or update your MFA text messages if you can't sign in. 
Include the following information. 

  1. Your wireless carrier.
  2. Your wireless phone number.

If you can still sign in, go to the Profile Icon and update your phone number in the Credentials screen.
